Went to the famous Bankara Ramen in Swanston St with friends and tried their Chuka Soba, which is less salty than their popular Bankara ramen, and both of them cost $13.80. This is a great dish for a cold day because it just warms your soul and it is rich in flavor, which will make you slurp down this dish fast and crave for more.

I also had their Takoyaki for $9.80 and it was amazing! They had the dried seaweed on top that moves like they were alive π± And the texture of the ball was a thin layer crispy texture on the outside while a warm, gooey cream on the inside with chewy pieces of octopus. yum! Be careful when you eat it because the inside is very hot π₯ so I suggest cutting them in half to cool. Would love to here any Japanese places you want me to try next!
